Release Blitz & Review: Crank by Adriana Locke

Title: Crank
Series: The Gibson Boys #1
Author: Adriana Locke
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: November 10, 2017
This is one mistake Sienna Landry can’t buy her way out of.As Walker Gibson looks at her, then at the damage to his precious truck (that she may or may not have accidentally inflicted), she knows she’s in trouble.
It’s not the busted headlight and dented grill that’s sunk her though. It’s the downright sinful man in front of her that’s the problem. The small town mechanic is broody. Rough. Smells like engine grease and gasoline and Sienna isn’t sure why that’s so sexy, but it is. It so is. She’s
ready to peel off her panties at the drop of his wrench. He wants her too. She can feel it when he brushes against her. Experience it as he presses her against the wall of the shop. It’s thinly veiled in his deep,
brown eyes when he looks at her like she’s everything he’s ever wanted. So why won’t he give in?The damage to Walker’s truck is the first of many mistakes between the two of them, ending with truths that rock Sienna’s world. Nothing can fix her broken
heart except the love of a man that won’t, maybe even can’t, love her back.

Crank (The Gibson Boys #1)Crank by Adriana Locke
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Adriana Locke did it again. She makes you fall in love at the drop of a hat or a swing of a bat. She lures you into her den of toys with sweet looks and broody boys. She smiles at you as you come closer and closer, yet further and further from the exit. She offers you candy in the form of a life changing sexual experience. And once she has you blissed out on said candy, she slams the cage door.

What you thought was a sweet lady offering you candy is a mean lady trying to steal your soul one tear at a time. (clears throat) Some people think that’s a harsh representation as that it’s eluding to possible kidnapping- I scoff at these people. Adriana Locke is bully to your heart. She will kidnap pieces one story at a time. The questions is…

Are you going to let her?

My answer…

YES! Every freaking time!

I may kid and have a horrible sense of humor but Ms. Locke is an amazing author. She hits me with the feels in every single one of her books. Every one!!! It like Puffs and Kleenex sponsor her (or should- maybe I will look into that…). She leads you into her world and just when you realize that she is no longer by your side, you are too invested to leave. Her characters become your friends, your family, and your love. When you finish, it’s a cross between joyful smiles, angry thoughts, and the sadness of missing them. (Angry thoughts because some people behave badly and I never get over it fast enough but always forgive them. Even if I think Nana should have been beating a certain someone upside the head.)

So while Crank is over for me, it’s the perfect way for you to fall for the Gibson boys. And all of you Landry fans are going to love it even more…But I call dibs on my newest BFF. No arguing, no he’s mine bullish!t. Peck is my newest bestie and NO ONE will ever take him away. Period.

Now that that is settled. Welcome to Linton, where Nana will have you in church before you realize you don’t go and a town you will fall for in spite of the Gibson boys (coughs “or because of”).
